Biography
Jim Lutes has spent more than thirty years in the development and execution of business strategy. As a CA and partner with Ernst & Young from 1981 to 1997, he oversaw and advised on multiple corporate finance and corporate growth initiatives. From 1997 to 2003 he served as President and COO of CFM Corporation, a leading multi national home products manufacturing business. During Mr Lutes tenure the company grew from annual revenue of $40 million to more than $600 million.
In 2004 he founded J.D. Lutes & Associates Inc. based in Rothesay, New Brunswick where he lives with his wife and three children.
